Phantaminum occupies the #1 Rank in the Tower — and the terrifying thing is, that title was earned in a single battle. An Axis User and one of the five most powerful beings in the universe according to series author SIU, Phantaminum attacked Zahard’s palace and disappeared, leaving the ranking system with no choice but to recognize him at the top. The recently launched Tower of God: Urek Mazino spin-off on WEBTOON has finally started pulling back the curtain on his origins, establishing him as a being of Darkness who seals Creatures of Light inside jewels. He’s barely appeared in the main story — and yet everyone’s terrified of him. That says everything.

Enryu, the “Red Tower” and #2 Ranker, is the one character Phantaminum fans fear in a hypothetical matchup. His Shinsu control is so overwhelming that the Shinsu around him visibly turns red in his presence. He holds the all-time record for most Baangs used in a single battle — over 9,000 — and earned the title “Administrator Killer” for a reason. King Zahard is the reigning ruler of the Tower and the most powerful active High Ranker once he came out of hibernation. The Support Tier: Characters Whose Value Isn’t Just Power

Khun Aguero Agnis is the rare character who absolutely breaks the typical power-based ranking conversation. As a Light Bearer, his raw combat output is modest compared to Wave Controllers and Fighters — but his tactical intelligence and ability to manipulate entire teams and situations is second to none. He’s one of the most beloved characters in the fanbase for a reason: his cunning has kept Baam’s team alive through situations raw strength alone would have lost.

Rak Wraithraiser is an iconic Spear Bearer who doubles as the beating heart of the original trio. His growth from comedic hunter to genuine heavy hitter tracks perfectly across the manhwa’s arcs, and his fan support is unmatched among non-powerhouse characters.

Wildcards: Underrated and Overlooked

Ha Jinsung is Baam’s trainer and one of the most feared FUG operatives in the Tower. A High Ranker who wields terrifying destructive capability, he’s consistently underslept in tier list discussions because he’s framed as a mentor rather than a protagonist. Put him where his power actually belongs — very close to the top of active fighters.
