The fastest way to reach us

Email: tierlistmaker1214@gmail.com

That’s it. No ticket system, no chatbot, no “select your issue from the dropdown.” A real person reads every email. Response time is usually within 24 hours, sometimes faster.

Before you write

Found a bug? Tell us what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots help. Browser and device info helps more.

Template issue? If an image is missing, wrong, or outdated, use the Report button on that template page first. It routes directly to the same inbox but includes the template name automatically, which saves us both time.

Feature request? We’re a small operation, so we can’t promise everything. But we do read and consider every suggestion. The AI import feature and expanded template library both came from user requests.

Press or partnership inquiry? Same email. Just say what you’re looking for upfront.

About the site

Tier-List-Maker.com is built and maintained by Umair Sharif, a full-stack developer specializing in mobile and web platforms. You can see more of his work at umairsharif.me.

The site is free, requires no account, and has no investors. That means no corporate escalation chain, no “we’ve forwarded your request to the appropriate department,” and no automated responses that don’t answer your question. Just a developer who reads his own email.
