We built tier-list-maker.com so that anyone can create, customize, share, and publish tier lists without ever needing an account. That design choice shapes this policy: we collect far less personal information than most websites, because most of what you do here doesn’t require us to know who you are.

Every feature on this Site works without creating an account, including:

• Building and editing a tier list using the homepage maker or the design editor
• Adding, removing, renaming, or recoloring tiers
• Uploading your own images or drawing directly on items
• Adding video links (from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms) as rankable items
• Using blind ranking mode
• Downloading a finished tier list as an image
• Generating a shareable link
• Reacting to, commenting on, or embedding a shared tier list
• Publishing your own tier list as a page on the Site
• Submitting a suggested change to an existing template

Because there’s no login system, we do not maintain user accounts, passwords, or account profiles, and we do not require an email address to use any core feature of the Site.

2. Information You Choose to Provide

Some features let you voluntarily submit information so it can appear on a page. This information is provided by you, not collected automatically, and includes:

Because none of this requires an account, we generally have no way to verify your identity or link this content back to you beyond what you choose to submit. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in anything you upload, publish, comment, or submit, since it may be displayed publicly.
